I am an experienced licensed massage therapist who will be completely focused on your pain relief and surgical recovery during our appointments.
I am certified (40 hours) in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). I have taken 28 additional hours of advanced MLD training. I also have additional training in knee and shoulder orthopedic techniques.
I enjoy working with folks who have chronic issues or those who just want to optimize their physical and/or mental health. I've had great results (and have a great passion for doing so!) helping clients with TMJ/TMD, headaches, anxiety, hip issues and foot problems. See below for examples of my areas of experience.
I am a United States Air Force veteran and a retired Project Manager. I have instructed at Georgia Massage School in Suwanee, Georgia and provided massage for NFL professional teams.
